On August 21, 1982, Webster-Rock Hill Ministries was chartered as a non-profit organization to provide assistance to the elderly, unemployed, people with disabilities, and people with low incomes.
We provide opportunities for diverse members of our community to work together across lines of class, age, race and denomination.
